Deputy Francesco Emilio Borrelli, after a meeting with the parents of Francesco Pio Maimone, discovered an abandoned boat on the street in Pianura. The boat, called “La Perla Rossa”, initially hidden behind garbage cans, is now exposed in the middle of the street and used as a landfill.
Despite repeated reports from the Councilor of the 9th Municipality, Roberto Bianchimani, to the Prefecture, the boat was not removed.
Borrelli commented: “This is rampant incivility that has gone unchecked. Those who commit such acts must be stopped and punished.”
“Rampant incivility and neglect of the territory without anyone supervising and controlling. The dirty people are, as always, unstoppable, they throw everything, everywhere, without any scruples. Abandoning an entire boat in the middle of a road is pure madness. In the meantime, no one has bothered to remove the carcass or even identify the owner.
Enough with impunity, the uncivilized, who believe they can do what they want, must be identified and stopped. Those who pollute and destroy our territory cannot get away with it”.
