He allegedly beat his partner, who was also pregnant, several times, to the point of attacking her with a stick, causing serious injuries to her hand: for this reason, a thirty-year-old from the province of Benevento was arrested by the Carabinieri.
The restrictive measure was issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Benevento, at the request of the Prosecutor's Office, headed by acting prosecutor Gianfranco Scarfò. The man is accused of mistreatment in the family and personal injury towards his partner.
