Naples explodes with music for New Year's Eve: with Arisa, Bertè and Sal da Vinci

The city is preparing for an unforgettable New Year's Eve, blending tradition and innovation, thanks to "Naples City of Music." For four days, from December 29th to January 1st, the city will be an open-air stage, with concerts, contests, and parties for all tastes.

A journey between past and future

It starts from PalaVesuvio with a tribute to the 50th anniversary of 'E Zezi, thanks to big names like Arisa, Enzo Gragnaniello e Fl,.who will reinterpret the classics of Neapolitan songs by authors such as Libero Bovio, Salvatore Di Giacomo and Raffaele Viviani, with special tributes to the 50th anniversary of 'E Zezi by Roberto Colella (La Maschera), Dario Sansone (Foja) and Francesco Di Bella (24 Grana).

Classical Neapolitan music will meet the new generations on 30th December in Piazza Plebiscito, with a new generation (t)rap contest judged by stars like Geolier e Luché. Vale Lambo and Lele Blade (ex Scimmie), MV Killa and Enzo Dong. The evening is defined by the organizers as «urban-rap-video».

New Year's Eve in the spirit of Pino Daniele

New Year's Eve will be dedicated to the great Neapolitan maestro, with Loredana Berté and many other artists who will interpret her successes. Flanked by other great Neapolitan artists such as Sal Da Vinci, James Senese, Raiz and Massimiliano Gallo, presented by Gianni Simioli.

The evening will conclude with a great chorus singing the tunes and lyrics of the "Latin mascalzone." Fireworks will light up the seafront, where people will dance until dawn with Deborah De Luca e Riva Starr.

On January 1st we continue dancing

The party will end at Broken column with a great jam session, for a start to the year full of music and fun.

Naples City of Music: a project for the city

The initiative, promoted by Ferdinand Tozzi, aims to highlight Neapolitan musical tradition, while also promoting new talent and engaging local neighborhoods. It's an opportunity to discover the city from a new perspective and experience an unforgettable New Year's Eve.
