Thirty-five new staff members are arriving at the prison in the Irpinia capital, located in the Sant'Oronzo district. The measure, adopted by the Department of Penitentiary Administration (DAP), aims to strengthen the staff following recent critical issues encountered at the facility.
MEP Gambino, accompanied by union representatives from Sinappe, met with Maria Rosaria Casaburo, the prison's director on assignment, to discuss the issues and possible solutions. The new officers will join the staff already working at the prison. Bellizzi Irpino, ensuring better support for management and security activities.
