The only “miracle” was Panariello Pasquale, a leading figure in the Scafati crime scene and brother of the deceased boss of the glassmaking area of Scafati, Marcello, who died in a tragic road accident in February 2022.

Pasquale Panariello, although he had been sentenced to 6 years for the crime of participation in the Matrone Buonocore clan and for extortion aggravated by mafia methods, weapons and drugs, avoided prison.

It's strange that some people like Pasquale Panariello don't go to prison after being convicted. The laws should be the same for everyone. I don't understand how it's possible that he manages to avoid punishment while others don't, especially those who were part of the same clan. Justice should be more fair.
