Caserta. Moments of tension at the Caserta train station, where a 21-year-old woman, identified as MB, fell onto the railway tracks, probably due to a sudden illness, causing great fear among the waiting passengers.
While a train was approaching platform 4, the girl fell next to the tracks. Fortunately, the train was moving at low speed, avoiding an impact that could have been tragic.
Rail traffic was immediately interrupted and rescue operations were activated. The 118 health workers intervened on site to provide first aid to the young woman.

It is very sad that a 21 year old girl fell on the tracks. Fortunately the train was not going fast and help arrived in time. We hope she recovers soon and that these accidents do not happen again.
