Lawyer Leonardo D'Erasmo, defender of Alessandro Basciano, in the interview with 7 sul 7 daily conducted by Matteo Bortone and Sharon Fanello on Cusano news 7, answers questions regarding the accusations leveled against his client by Sophie Codegoni.
“Unfortunately Alessandro hasn't seen the little girl since the last day they were together with Sophie, which was Wednesday, November 13.” – says Leonardo D'Erasmo, A. Basciano's lawyer, live on 7 sul 7 daily on Cusano news 7 and continues: “It's been about 15 days since Alessandro has seen his little girl, in my capacity as legal defender I have sent more than one official communication via PEC to the colleagues who assist Codegoni, asking to be able to see the little girl.
I also remember that Basciano there is no restriction of any kind in this regard, but unfortunately, without going into the details of the communications exchanged, the answers did not lead to the meeting between father and daughter. This morning, together with my client, we set up an appeal to the judge that allows Alessandro to exercise his rights and duties as a father towards little Celine”.
After the confirmation of the accusations before the prosecutors by Codegoni, D'Erasmo seems to have no fears: "I don't think there is anything that should worry us, other than the lightning arrest that occurred. However, we certainly have a lot of evidence, enough to be able to defend ourselves and even attack."
Finally, regarding the alleged attempts to approach Sophie after her release from prison, the lawyer denies it: “from Saturday 23 November onwards absolutely not and not even any contact between the two.”
