Naples. Saturday, November 16, starting at 9:00 a.m., the final day of the OPEM (Emergency Operators and Civil Protection Activities) course of the Italian Red Cross Naples North Committee took place at the Naples Provincial Fire Brigade Headquarters. Vice President Carmine Lisi was present.
The speakers of the National Association of Firefighters, Naples section, held a theoretical lesson on Safety and Legislative Decree 81/08. At the end of the lesson, the volunteers were accompanied inside the Firefighters' operations room, to illustrate the skills of the Firefighters.
At the ceremony for the delivery of the end-of-course certificates, Dr. Biagio Chiariello, Commander of the Municipal Police of Arzano, was present. After the initial greetings, in addition to complimenting all the ANVVF Trainers and students of the Red Cross, he thanked them for the meritorious work that is carried out free of charge by the volunteers.
The President of the National Association of Fire fighters section of Naples, Patrizio Richiello, donated to Colonel Biagio Chiariello the ANVVF frieze, and a pulcinella, produced by the Masters of San Gregorio Armeno, and thanked all the Members who did their utmost, taking time away from their families, for the success of the event.
