The 4-2024 academic year of Digita and Core Academy, the advanced training courses created by Federico II University in collaboration with Italian and international companies and multinationals, opens on Monday 2025 November.
In fact, on November 4th, at the University Campus of San Giovanni a Teduccio 72 students will enter the classroom to begin the training courses of the DiGITA and Core Academy – Conversione and Resilience.
The first appointment is at 9.30 in the DiGITA Hall and will feature the 49 young talents who passed the selections dealing with digital transformation and, in particular, with artificial intelligence, a key theme of the work that the Academy is putting into play in the eighth edition, born from the collaboration between the University of Naples Federico II and Deloitte, led by Professor Antonio Pescapè.
Together with Pescapè from Federiciano, Alessandro Lizzi, Deloitte Digital Partner and Head of the Naples Capodichino office, Paolo Galletti, People & Purpose Leader, Partner, Deloitte Central Mediterranean, and Silvana Perfetti, Chair Deloitte Central Mediterranean (DCM), Deloitte North & South Europe Board Member, People & Purpose Leader, will welcome the digiters.
The educational path is divided into 9 months, 6 of classroom lessons in which students will be trained through “Challenge Oriented” methods and 3 of Project Work at partner companies.

There will be twenty-three students involved in a 5-month educational project for approximately 475 hours including lectures, workshops, seminars, external events, and project work in companies.
This experience, which will train specialized professionals in the public services sector and explore the field of healthcare and social services using a multidisciplinary and circular approach, will be developed using a blended learning methodology that integrates in-person training, laboratory teaching, and experiential learning, as well as seminars and testimonials from the business world. This edition of the training will also focus on aspects related to Regulation, Governance, and Data Analytics (Sustainability, Health, and Privacy).
Students who complete the training program will be able to perform support roles for middle and top management, with potential opportunities for growth and development in their managerial careers, also based on the experience gained subsequently.
