Eboli – Tragedy at the “Tiro a Segno” field in Eboli, where the lifeless body of a 36-year-old man, resident in Pontecagnano Faiano, was found. The discovery occurred yesterday, in circumstances that are still unclear. The 118 health workers immediately intervened on the spot, but every attempt to provide assistance was in vain: death had already occurred.
The police were also present, who proceeded with the initial investigations and informed the Public Prosecutor's Office of Salerno. The body was placed under seizure and transferred to the morgue of the hospital of Eboli, where the coroner will carry out the necessary tests to establish the causes of death.
The authorities are not ruling out any possibility, including suicide. However, investigations are still ongoing to reconstruct exactly what happened and clarify whether there are any external responsibilities.
