GIANRICO CAROFIGLIO
Born in Bari, he is a personality with many interests and facets. He began to dedicate himself to writing in 2002, becoming one of the most beloved authors of contemporary crime fiction. He made his debut with the character of the lawyer Guido Guerrieri, protagonist of “Testimone inconsapevole”, the first of very successful novels, including “La misura del tempo”, which boasts a finalist place at the 2020 Strega Prize. Born in 1982, he has played in the four corners of the planet, from Turkey to Japan, from the United States to the main European capitals (including Paris, Brussels, Rome). In Africa he held a tour organized by “Fondazione Musica per Roma” and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, touching, with his quartet, Addis Ababa, Nairobi, Maputo, Harare, Cape Town, Johannesburg and Libreville, often involving local musicians.
