Tragedy in the Marche, where Gianpiero Cavallaro, a 48-year-old worker originally from Scafati but long-time resident of Porto Recanati, lost his life in a dramatic road accident. On Monday evening, while driving his Mini Cooper, the man collided head-on with a Jeep Compass along the Strada Statale 16, near Loreto, not far from the entrance to the A14 motorway.
Gianpiero was returning home to have dinner with his wife Tiziana and their twin children, but he never arrived at their home in via Mar del Plata, in Porto Recanati.
