Two points lost for Juve Stabia who failed to win at Cittadella's home but perhaps in the end they were also pardoned by the referee who overlooked a penalty that could have been awarded in injury time for a not entirely involuntary handball by Baldi a few steps away from Thiam's goal.
The match was all explosive in the first half with a masterpiece goal by Folino who, with an overhead kick from the edge of the area, put the ball where Kastrati could never reach. It will surely be one of the most beautiful goals of the entire Serie B season.
It was a back-and-forth between Cittadella and Juve Stabia, who at the end of a hard-fought match took home a point each, finishing 2-2. The Granata started well with good pressing and managed to break the deadlock with a nice header from Amatucci who collected a cross from the left and turned it from the center of the area behind Thiam.
Enthusiasm in the stands, immediately dampened by Candellone's equaliser who similarly heads in a ball coming from a corner. Juve Stabia insists and finds the double with Folino author of a spectacular overhead kick from the edge of the area. In the third minute of injury time, Fortino naively hands in the area and a penalty for Cittadella: the former Pandolfi player converts and brings the match to a draw.
In the second half the teams fear each other and do not want to take too many risks. Many fouls and substitutions by the coaches in an attempt to find the right move, but the only chance at the end is for Ravasio with a conclusion blocked twice on the line by Thiam.

The match was very exciting and the goals were incredible. Even though Juve Stabia lost points, the penalty not given influenced the final result. It would have been fair to give the penalty in my opinion.
I agree with you, Juve Stabia's performance was good, but the referee made mistakes that could have changed the course of the match. Let's hope that in the next matches there will be more attention on the dubious episodes.
