The city of Salerno is ready to host the ninth edition of "Luci in Avalon," a contemporary art festival beginning November 30th. The event, which coincides with the start of the famous Luci d'Artista festival, will take place at Palazzo Genovese, located in the heart of Salerno's historic center. Organized by the "Avalon Arte APS" association, the event boasts a prestigious location that promises to attract art enthusiasts from across Italy.
### Opening details
The official opening will be held at 5:30 pm. The NOLAVA Award ceremony will follow at 6:30 pm. The award will be presented to journalist Enzo Todaro to celebrate his distinguished career, in a ceremony hosted by journalist Paolo Romano.

### The exhibition
The exhibition will be open to the public until December 7th and benefits from the patronage of the City of Salerno. Dina Scalera oversees the artistic direction, supported by Stefania Siano, while Luigi Sinacori provides his critical contribution. The exhibition design is curated by Giovanni Memoli and Mario Cestaro. The photography and graphics are by Paola Siano and Magrina Di Mauro, respectively. The event catalog, published by Studio Byblos of Palermo and complete with ISBN, will be available in major retailers. Fourteen artists from across Italy will exhibit their works. The project also aims to engage young people through collaborations with students from the IPSEOA Roberto Virtuoso of Salerno.
### Practical information
The exhibition is open to the public free of charge during the following hours: weekends from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and weekdays from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
