Acerra. Inexperienced thieves stole empty roller cash from the post office. It happened shortly before dawn today on Via Benevento in Acerra. The Carabinieri, alerted by 112, responded to the scene to investigate after the alarm was raised at the post office.
By analyzing the images from the video surveillance system, the military was able to ascertain that unknown individuals, all with their faces covered by balaclavas, entered the main door of the post office and took two roller cash machines that were empty at the time and that would have been loaded this morning shortly before reopening.

How clumsy these thieves are, stealing empty roller cash! Good thing they were caught on camera.
I don't understand how they can steal empty things, maybe they thought they were full but in reality they weren't. It's strange that there weren't more checks at the post office to avoid these things.
