What a sad story, I hope the thieves are caught soon and that pensioners can feel safe in their homes again.

This is very worrying and makes you think about how security is being jeopardized. Pensioners should not be afraid to stay in their homes. I hope the authorities take these situations seriously and act accordingly, otherwise the situation will only get worse.
