The new route of the Eav line connecting Casoria to Arpino will start on Monday 4 November. The remodulation of the route will be operational to allow the Arpino district to enjoy effective sustainable mobility in transfers to and from Casoria.

Starting Monday, the bus service will be further expanded with additional stops. Compared to the previous route, the bus will no longer run along Via Garibaldi, but from the Via Lepori station it will travel via Via Lufrano to Via Nazionale delle Puglie, all the way to the Meridiana center roundabout. casalnuovo then go along Via Nazionale delle Puglie until Via Stadera.

Here, at the height of the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, it will enter via Arpino and then continue towards via Domenico Colasanto and via Benedetto Croce. At that point it will exit onto via Vicinale Marrazzo, via Pascoli, via Michelangelo, via Pio XII via Principe di Piemonte up to the Tufano store, then it will turn right towards the San Mauro stadium and travel along via Tenente Formicola, via Vittorio Emanuele up to the RFI station in Piazza Dante in Casoria.

Once there, it will return to Via Pascoli to complete its journey back to the EAV station on Via Lepori. The changes introduced by EAV meet the requests made by residents, through the Municipality and discussions with President Umberto De Gregorio, to offer a more widespread service from Arpino to Casoria.

"Thanks to EAV and President De Gregorio for addressing the concerns expressed by citizens after the service launched on September 12th. We are moving toward sustainable and green mobility for our city: with the measures implemented thanks to the dialogue between institutions and citizens, starting Monday, we will have a better service," said Mayor Raffaele Bene.

The green light for the rescheduling came following a meeting at EAV headquarters attended by city councilor Rino Trojano: "EAV provides our community with the opportunity to expand the range of users and ensure efficient connections to Arpino."
