The Matteo and Claudina de Stefano Foundation in Ogliastro Cilento will host a noteworthy initiative as part of its monthly "Stories of Women" meetings. On Friday, November 22nd, at 18:2024 PM, the event will become part of the off-site program of the national festival "L'Eredità delle Donne XNUMX," coordinated by the artistic director Serena Dandini.
The evening will feature the presentation of the book "A lezione dai longevi. Una ricerca sugli anziani del Cilento," published by Franco Angeli, along with the author, psychologist and psychotherapist Patrizia Del Verme. Journalist Alfonso Sarno, curator of the event, will accompany the discussion. This initiative coincides with the days leading up to the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, reflecting the spirit of the festival, which aims to promote female empowerment and cultural change.

The initiative seems interesting but I am not sure I have time to participate. The Mediterranean diet is important, but there are also other factors that influence longevity. I hope there will be more events like this in the future.
