A massive pile-up in the Vittoria tunnel involving three cars and injuring a boy.

The images that are circulating on the web and that have already gone viral show the three cars crumpled in the right lane of the tunnel with the third car involved, a red Fiat 500 that after colliding with the car in front of it, was thrown onto the traffic island curb.

From the images you can see a very young person limping out of the first of the three cars involved and being helped by another person. Ambulances and law enforcement then arrived on the scene. Traffic was blocked until 5 this morning.
