Naples is preparing for an important step forward in public transport: the first train of the Metro Line 1 has successfully entered the new Centro Direzionale station. The announcement comes from Transport Councillor Edoardo Cosenza, who released the image of the train running on the tracks of the new infrastructure, marking the start of technical tests.
If nothing unexpected happens, the station will be officially opened shortly before Christmas, providing a crucial new hub for commuters and significantly improving mobility towards the Centro Direzionale area, the financial heart of the city.
