Law enforcement continues to maintain a high level of vigilance regarding urban safety. Yesterday, the State Police conducted a monitoring operation in the Sanità and Piazza Mercato neighborhoods.
The intervention involved several specialized units, including the Nibbio and agents of the General Prevention and Public Rescue Office. The collaboration of the Crime Prevention Department Campania made it possible to carry out a large-scale check, involving a total of 280 people, 75 of whom had a police record.
During the operation, 141 vehicles were checked, of which 2 were subjected to administrative seizure. 3 violations of the Highway Code were also contested. In addition, one person was reported for driving without a license, an offense that had already been committed previously within the last two years. The increased presence of law enforcement in these areas aims to ensure greater safety and tranquility for citizens.
