In Chiaia, Carabinieri officers from the Central Company continue patrolling the vibrant nightlife, characterized by the presence of many young people. The operation is aimed both at suppressing the circulation of weapons and maintaining public order during certain hours of the evening.
In total, 419 young people were identified. The extensive checks led to the reporting of three abusive parking attendants (one of whom was already subject to restrictive measures) and two people caught driving with a blood alcohol level above the legal limit.
Beware of undisciplined motorcyclists too: 93 vehicles were checked, with 53 traffic violations, including 14 for riding without a helmet. In total, 18 scooters were seized.
