19-year-old Renato Caiafa remains in prison: this was decided by the investigating judge of Naples Iaculli who deemed it appropriate not to validate the arrest warrant, ordering his detention in prison instead.
The Naples Flying Squad and the Prosecutor's Office are charging the young man with carrying, possessing, and receiving stolen goods of the weapon that fatally injured his 18-year-old friend, Arcangelo Correra, on the night between Friday and Saturday, who later died in hospital.

Now the lawyer says he is ready to appeal to the Review Court: the investigations continue to clarify the mystery of the second bullet recovered at the crime scene and of a different caliber to the one that killed Arcangelo. He will run.
