Naples. Two fugitives from two drug trafficking groups linked to the Amato-Pagano clan, who imported rivers of drugs from Spain and Germany, were busted yesterday by the Carabinieri under the coordination of the Naples DDA

In total there are 43 suspects of which 17 are in prison custody, 16 under house arrest and another 10 remain at large. At the moment the narcos already at large in Spain, Simone Bartimoro, 33 years old better known as “jet” and Salvatore Mari, 47 years old known as 'o lieutenant, remain in the wild.

It was the repentant Salvatore Rosselli who revealed the names, drug dealing locations, managers, organizers, and financiers of the new drug lords group Amato Pagano 2,0.

The two drug trafficking groups led by Antonio Pompilio, considered the “boss and financier”, as well as Massimo D'Onofrio and Salvatore Sansone, had seven warehouses at their disposal to store drugs between Mugnano, Gricignano d'Aversa and Torre Annunziata.

They had organized a common fund with which they paid the affiliates, made investments, paid legal fees and provided Easter and Christmas presents for their children and families.

The group had relations with members of the Sacra Corona unita in the province of Bari, members of the 'ndrangheta in the province of Reggio Calabria and also a base in Cerveteri in the province of Rome.

Among the services offered to members of the defeated criminal organizations there is also legal assistance to those arrested.

The detail emerged thanks to spyware installed on the cryptophones used by some of the suspects, which allowed investigators to listen in on their conversations: "Last night they seized everything and arrested my brother... they took him... to Naples, Pastrengo Carabinieri barracks... a lawyer, please... let me know something."
