Winners and ceremony Francesco Landolfo Journalism Award

Naples. The ceremony for the thirteenth edition of the "Francesco Landolfo" Journalism Award will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. at the Southern Institute of Culture (Palazzo Arlotta, Via Chiatamone 63, Naples).

Together with jury the president of the National Council of the Order of Journalists, Carlo Bartoli, will be present.

THE WINNERS

Printed paper (ex aequo): “Peasant income, the idea to save the earth” by Emanuela Sorrentino (Il Mattino); “Cilento, slow pace” by Valentina Tafuri (Donna Moderna)

Radio-television (ex aequo): “Eco Food Fertility, from Acerra the project on pollution and reproductive capacity” by Lidia Scognamiglio (“Medicina 33”, TG2); “The call of the roots” by Lilly Viccaro Theo (“Mezzogiorno Italia”, TGR)

THE PRIZE

The Award, now in its thirteenth year, commemorates and recognizes the professional commitment of Francesco Landolfo, secretary of the Campania Order of Journalists, former deputy editor of the daily newspaper "Roma," and founder and president of Arga Campania (the regional association of environmental and agri-food journalists), who passed away in 2006.

As part of the prize, a plaque is awarded in memory of Gianpaolo Necco, national councilor of the Fnsi and UnArga, who was responsible for the relaunch of the activities of Arga Campania.

The award is sponsored by the daily newspaper "Roma", the Campania Order of Journalists, the Campania Single Union of Journalists, and Arga Campania, under the patronage of the National Order of Journalists and the Fnsi.

THE JURY

The jury is composed of Antonio Sasso and Pasquale Clemente, editorial director and editor-in-chief, respectively, of the daily newspaper "Roma"; Ottavio Lucarelli, president of the Campania Order of Journalists; Claudio Silvestri, deputy general secretary of the Fnsi; Geppina Landolfo, secretary of the Campania Joint Journalists' Union and national vice president of UnArga; Antonella Monaco, president of Arga Campania; and Gennaro Famiglietti, president of the Southern Italian Cultural Institute.
