Raffaele Caldarelli achieved significant success at the 2024 Merano Wine Festival, garnering recognition for his high-quality panettone. Among the award-winning creations were the Bianca, featuring a vanilla dough with semi-candied peach cubes, and the Amalfi, which enhances traditional flavors with semi-candied lemon cubes. The Pellecchiella, a blend of apricot and white chocolate, and the Bosco Bianco, combining blueberries, raspberries, and currants with white chocolate, also received Gold Awards. The Milanese panettone stood out as the most popular product, receiving both Gold and Platinum Awards thanks to its lightness and classic flavors, thanks to semi-candied orange peel, sultanas, and citron.
