This morning, the State Police executed a precautionary detention order, at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office. The order was issued by the GIP Section of Office 32 of the Court of Naples, at the request of the local Prosecutor's Office, and was directed at an individual already under house arrest for a separate proceeding. The individual is accused of serious crimes of robbery and assault against three minors, which occurred in San Giorgio a Cremano last September.
Investigations and evidence gathering
The investigation was conducted by the San Giorgio a Cremano Police Station, launched after the victims' complaints. Footage from surveillance cameras was crucial to identifying the suspect, allowing them to identify the alleged perpetrator.

The article on pretrial detention in prison, it seems that the investigations were done well and the evidence collected was decisive. I hope that justice is done for the victims and that the trial is fair.
