The Florence State Police executed a pre-trial detention order, issued by the judge at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Florence, against two men from Naples, aged 28 and 42. Both are accused of conspiracy to commit the robbery of a Rolex watch, which occurred last July in the San Frediano neighborhood.
According to the Florence Flying Squad's reconstruction, the incident occurred on the evening of July 13, when a 70-year-old foreign man was walking along Via Pisana. Suddenly, a man approached him, snatched the luxury watch from his wrist, and then fled on a scooter driven by an accomplice.
The investigations, conducted by the Hawks of the Mobile, required a complex work of analysis on video surveillance systems, even outside the Tuscan capital. The investigations took the investigators to Naples, where, in collaboration with the Neapolitan Flying Squad, a blitz was organized in the homes of the suspects, both already known to the police.

the news of two men arrested for robbery and drugs is quite serious, but let's hope that justice takes its course. sometimes there are errors in the system that do not allow the innocent to be treated fairly.
The article is very detailed but it is not clear how exactly the robbery happened. It is strange that there are two people involved and only one who stole the watch, perhaps they should give more information.
I agree with you, it seems like there is a lot of information but it doesn't clarify everything. Also, I wonder how they find the evidence in such a short time, maybe a more in-depth analysis is needed.
