A 43-year-old man was reported by State Police officers from the Casilino District VI for illegally transporting fireworks. During a routine check, officers stopped a vehicle at the exit of the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA). The driver was a 43-year-old Roman man returning from Naples, where he allegedly loaded the equipment.
Inside the car, hidden under a blue sheet, the officers discovered over 136 kg of fireworks large size and 36 batteries of fireworks from different brands.

The driver, taken to the Casilino District VI offices for investigation, was reported for transporting explosive materials and products that did not comply with current regulations, without a license from the Authority. Further investigations are underway to identify the recipient of the seized goods.
