On the eve of the match against Bologna, Roma coach Ivan Juric addressed the press to take stock of the team's situation and the progress made in recent weeks.We cleared the air after the match in Florence. We got everything out. I never thought of taking a step back, maybe others did, but I have a clear conscience because there is work and commitment behind it”, declared the coach with determination.
Juric he then commented on his relationship with the team, explaining that even after defeats he feels the group as "his". “When I said I was satisfied after Verona, I wasn't pretending,” he specified. But the coach expressed concern about the drop in concentration observed in the recent match against Union Saint-Gilloise.
“In Belgium I saw a distracted team, which lost focus on the restarts and put itself in difficulty. These are not characteristics that belong to my team,” He admitted. “The game in Belgium was shocking.” Juric, therefore, asks for a strong response from his men in the upcoming match against Bologna, to demonstrate that the work in progress can bear fruit.
