Another legend returns to modern-day Naples, one beloved the world over. Starting December 2nd, "Piedone Uno Sbirro a Napoli" (Bigfoot, a Cop in Naples) will debut, a new Sky Original production starring Salvatore Esposito. The series features Vincenzo Palmieri, a police inspector distinguished by his connection to the streets, drawing inspiration from Inspector Rizzo, played by the iconic Bud Spencer.
"I know well - the actor begins - that Bud Spencer He's a legend." But, he adds, "perhaps there is a similarity: in physicality. My character is simply inspired by him, I hope his son Giuseppe Pedersoli liked it. And in this series, Naples is the protagonist as always."
