According to technicians, there is a real danger to people's safety: a safety ordinance has been issued - the shared courtyard of a building suddenly collapses and residents call for the intervention of the fire brigade.
This is what happened in Santa Maria Capua Vetere. In recent days, residents of a building on Via Trento, in the Sant'Andrea district, reported the collapse of their condominium courtyard, and firefighters, members of the municipal technical office, and the municipal police rushed to the scene.

The technical report states: "Considering the state of the area observed and not excluding a worsening of the situation, urgent safety work is required on our side, which is necessary to protect public and private safety."
For the firefighters, therefore, there is a real danger to people's safety.
Informed of the situation, Mayor Antonio Mirra signed the ordinance, addressed to the owners, which orders "the prohibition of vehicular traffic within the courtyard of the building and the immediate implementation, under the direction of a qualified technician, of all necessary works aimed at eliminating the dangerous situation for public and private safety".
