The Nocera Inferiore Prosecutor's Office has issued two arrest warrants for two young men with no criminal record accused of intimidating their peers by firing gunshots in front of a yogurt shop.
The measures include the arrest and the use of electronic bracelet for monitoring.

The incident, which occurred on February 26 at the "Emyogo" yogurt shop, saw the two young men, along with a third unidentified individual, enter the establishment and point a rifle at chest height at customers and staff, in an act of open intimidation related to a disagreement with a group of their peers.
According to the reconstruction of the Prosecutor's Office, one of the arrested fired two shots in the air before entering, with the intent to intimidate. The surveillance cameras in the area filmed the scene, and the investigations allowed to collect further evidence, thanks also to the analysis of the telephone records and the seizure of the suspects' clothes and devices.
