Naples. Twenty-one workers out of 92 inspected were found undeclared and six businesses suspended: this is the result of an inspection conducted by labor inspectors and technicians from the IAM (Metropolitan Area Inspectorate) of Naples. The operation took place during the dismantling of the giant stage that hosted the X Factor finale last night in Piazza Plebiscito, Naples.
According to what was reported in a note from theNational Labor Inspectorate, in the 29 companies inspected, 21 undeclared workers were identified out of a total of 92 job positions verified.

It is true, illegal work is a serious problem and a fine is not enough to solve the situation. We need a cultural change and greater responsibility from everyone.
I agree with you, but sanctions do not seem to solve the problem. Perhaps there should be more controls and more education on labor laws for employers.
The inspectorate has done a good job, but I wonder if the fines are enough to stop the phenomenon of illegal workers. There should be more attention from the authorities to ensure compliance with the laws.
