On Saturday, December 7th, at 11:00 a.m., the presentation of the book Sbagliando s'impari (Learning by Making a Mistakes) by the Accademia della Crusca will take place in the Sala Litza, Cittanova Valenzi, at the Maschio Angioino Castle. The event is an invitation to explore the Italian language, embracing the risk of making mistakes.
A Journey Through Linguistic Curiosities
The book addresses common questions, such as the correct accentuation of certain words and grammatical peculiarities. Some of the questions include whether it is correct to say ìnfido or infìdo, whether it is correct to say acqua sparklinga or sparklinga, and other linguistic curiosities that often do not have obvious answers.
Meeting with the Experts
The presentation will be attended by Nicola De Blasi, professor of Italian Linguistics and academician of the Crusca, and Donatella Trotta, journalist of the “Mattino”, who will discuss the theme of the Italian language and its evolution in the contemporary context.
