After a legal process lasting about eight years, Milena Baldascini, resident in Casal di Principe, was acquitted of the charge of forgery in medical certificates. The decision was made by the Judge of the Court of Naples North, Dr. Formisano, who accepted the defense thesis presented by the lawyers Raffaele and Gaetano Crisileo and Gaetano Petrone.
The prosecutor's accusation claimed that Baldascini, employed by a well-known accounting and labor law firm in the hinterland, in agreement with a family doctor, had obtained and used false medical certificates to justify absences from work. The documents were allegedly requested on behalf of some employees of the firm.
With the acquittal, a long legal case that had been a real nightmare for the accused has finally come to an end.

It's a very strange thing that it takes eight years to solve a case like this. I hope that the people involved can finally move on with their lives without this burden. Justice must be faster.
