L'Antico Vinaio has announced a special initiative: distributing a total bonus of €1 million among all its employees worldwide. Each employee will receive approximately €3.000, in addition to a €500 increase in their Christmas bonus.
In addition, five lucky employees, with at least one year of seniority, will win a week's vacation in the Maldives in a luxurious five-star resort, to share with whoever they choose. The company will also offer an additional week of vacation beyond what is provided for by the National Collective Labor Agreement.
A significant gesture from the company behind the famous Florentine schiacciate, considered among the most famous and appreciated paninari in the world.
