Benevento, man mistreats mother for money: thirty-year-old arrested 

The arrest of a thirty-year-old in Benevento has brought to light a serious case of mistreatment and extortion within the family unit. The man is accused of having exerted pressure and threats on his cohabiting mother to obtain money.

The intervention of the Police of State occurred following the woman's request for help, who took refuge in her elderly mother's house after yet another intimidation by her son.

The Flying Squad officers immediately rushed to the scene and collected the first statements from the victim, who was in a state of great anguish. During the intervention, the woman received another threatening phone call from her son, a conversation that was listened to in full by the officers present.
