The request for referral to trial has been formalised for ADM, 50 years old, accused of having attacked the vice-principal of the school with a punch Gallozzi, Giuseppe M. The episode, which occurred about a year ago, deeply shocked the school community and now the public prosecutor Armando Bosso he asked that the man be brought to trial.
The attack dates back to a moment of heated tension inside the institute, when a group of parents had gathered to protest. Among them was ADM, father of one of the students, who allegedly punched the teacher in the face. The blow caused injuries that were initially thought to heal in 20 days, but a complication related to an eyeball trauma extended the prognosis to about 80 days.
The seriousness of the charges is increased by the victim's qualification as a public official, since the vice principal is a representative of the school institution. The charge of aggravated bodily harm could lead to a particularly severe trial for the man, if the judge accepts the request of the prosecutor.
