Yesterday evening, as part of the control activities ordered by the Naples Police Headquarters in the nightlife areas, the police intensified the presence in the Chiaia neighborhood. The State Police, the Guardia di Finanza, the Local Police and the ASL Napoli 1 staff worked together to ensure compliance with the rules.
The officers of the San Ferdinando and Arenella police stations, together with the Guardia di Finanza operators, supported by the Campania Crime Prevention Department, identified 74 people, including 5 with a police record.
During the checks, three commercial establishments were inspected. The owners were charged with several violations, including deficiencies in food safety and hygiene conditions, irregularities structural and failure to comply with noise impact regulations. For these violations, specific provisions have been imposed.
The operation is part of a control plan aimed at ensuring safety and compliance with the rules in the busiest areas of the city.
