The film Dadapolis, directed by Carlo Luglio and Fabio Gargano, continues to enjoy considerable success with Neapolitan audiences. The film, which sold out for its special release, will continue to be shown at the Modernissimo and Vittoria cinemas in Naples, alongside the usual Christmas titles.
Special evening at Cinema Posillipo
Cinema Posillipo will host a special evening on December 17 at 20:30 pm, an event that will see the participation of directors Carlo Luglio and Fabio Gargano, together with some of the film's protagonists, including Cristina Donadio, Sergio Fermariello, Dario Sansore and Trallalà.
A kaleidoscopic dialogue from Naples to the world
Presented in the Venice Film Festival's Giornate Degli Autori, "Dadapolis" aims to offer a diverse and nuanced perspective on current events. Beginning in Naples, the film explores beyond the city's borders, presenting a global perspective through the works of approximately 60 Neapolitan artists and musicians. The film draws inspiration from Fabrizia Ramondino and Andreas F. Müller's anthology, "Dadapolis - Neapolitan Kaleidoscope."
A tribute to Enzo Moscato and other Neapolitan figures
"Dadapolis" also pays tribute to Enzo Moscato, the recently deceased renowned poet and playwright, who appears for the last time in the film. The feature film also includes memorial contributions from producer Gaetano Di Vaio and guest appearances from artists such as James Senese, Peppe Lanzetta, Jorit, Roberto Colella (La Maschera), and many others. The film was produced by Bronx Film in collaboration with Movies Event and the Film School of the Academy of Fine Arts of Naples, with the support of the Campania Region, and distributed by Europictures.

The film dadapolis seems to me an interesting work and has attracted many spectators. I hope that the event at the Cinema Posillipo will bring more people to know the work of Carlo Luglio and Fabio Gargano, even if I am not a big fan of Neapolitan cinema.
