Caserta prepares to celebrate a significant event in memory of the musician Fausto Mesolella. Sunday, December 15, at 11, at the Serao bar in Corso Trieste 21, there will be a special meeting dedicated to the guitarist who passed away in 2017.
On this occasion, the guitar dedicated to Mesolella will be played in front of the Tree of Fausto, a symbol of both his art and his enduring presence in the city.
The Fausto Tree
Fausto's Tree was planted in June 2020 thanks to a group of the guitarist's friends, who conceived and organized the planting of a tree and the installation of a commemorative artwork by artist Bruno Donzelli. The chosen location is symbolically close to the Royal Palace of Caserta.

During the event, local musicians Nicola Ferrara and Antonello Musto will be present to play the guitar dedicated to the great artist. This instrument was donated by Peppe Cirillo, another friend from Caserta. The initiative aims to promote the connection between art and memory, allowing anyone who wishes to use the guitar to extend the musical legacy of Mesolella, under the hashtag #Iwillplayuntilitflowers.
