Restrictions on traffic and parking
From 15:00 pm on December 5th until no longer necessary:
- Prohibition of vehicular transit:
- Piazza del Plebiscito (roadways in front of the Prefecture and Palazzo Salerno).
- Via Solitaria, Piazzetta Salazar and Rampe Paggeria (except residents, vehicles with “H” sign, police, emergencies and rescue, with alternating one-way traffic).
- Via San Carlo (except residents, vehicles with an “H” sign, police, emergencies, rescue and taxis parked in the reserved lane).
- Via San Nicola da Tolentino and Rampe Brancaccio (except residents, vehicles with “H” permit, access to authorized garages, law enforcement and emergencies).
- One-way streets established:
- Piazza Carolina: from Via Giovanni Serra to Via Chiaia.
- Via Chiaia: from Piazza Carolina to Piazza Trieste e Trento.
- Suspensions and parking bans:
- Piazza Carolina: taxi area suspended.
- Via San Carlo and Via Cesario Console: suspension of urban bus stops.
- Via Cesario Console: suspension of regulated parking and parking ban with forced removal.
- Piazza Trieste e Trento: parking prohibited with forced removal.
Extension of public transport timetables
- Metropolitan Line 1 operational until 2:00 am.
- Central Funicular: last ride at 0:30.
- Interchange parking lots (Colli Aminei, Frullone, Brin) available for those using the metro.
Ban on the sale of beverages
From 12:00 on December 5th until the end of needs on December 6th:
- The sale of beverages in glass containers, rigid plastic, cans or tetrapak is prohibited in the area of Piazza del Plebiscito and surrounding areas.
- Only permitted for sale in light plastic or paper cups.
- Fines for violators: from €25 to €500.
Note: The measures are intended to ensure safety and smooth operations during this exceptional event. Citizens are encouraged to use public transport to avoid disruption.

It's a bit strange that there are so many restrictions for an event like this. I hope that citizens are well informed about all these things, because I don't want there to be any problems during the X Factor final.
