Giugliano. Carabinieri from the Giugliano mobile radio unit arrested Marco Reale, a 33-year-old local man already known to law enforcement, for possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking. During a traffic stop, Reale, who was in a car with a woman, showed signs of agitation, attracting the attention of law enforcement.
The search revealed two blocks of hashish, each weighing 100 grams, hidden in the man's underwear. Additionally, €445 in cash, believed to be illicit proceeds, was found on him.
Subsequently, a house search led to the seizure of a further 72 grams of cocaine, 8 pieces of hashish, 40 grams of marijuana, an electronic scale and another 720 euros in cash. Reale was then taken to prison, where he awaits trial.
