The Frasassi Caves in Genga, one of the most spectacular underground sites in the world, have launched an educational project for Italian schools to promote environmental sustainability. The initiative uses Gormiti, famous characters from children's television series.
### A playful and educational project
"The Gormiti - The New Era Game" is inspired by the live-action series "Gormiti - The New Era," produced by Rainbow with Giochi Preziosi, and broadcast on Rai Gulp and Rai Play. The initiative takes place in the natural setting of the Frasassi Caves and engages students in gamified activities. Participants will enjoy a playful learning experience, exploring the cave ecosystem and exploring topics such as recycling, water conservation, and the circular economy. Led by the characters Glen, Carter, Skye, and Zane, students will participate in quizzes and hands-on activities, both in class and online.
### Collaboration and final opportunities
Organized in collaboration with the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security and various national consortia, the project is aimed at primary and secondary schools. Classes that excel in the activities will participate in a national final competition in Frasassi, with prizes up for grabs for the best schools. Interested schools can register for free by visiting the official website. www.frasassi.com/gormitigame.

The Frasassi Caves project is very interesting but I don't understand if it is only for schools or also for parents. I hope there is more information on how to participate. The Gormiti are famous and could attract many students.
