Napoli Est is ready to rise again as a pulsating center of innovation and development. The Mach Power Group, under the visionary leadership of founder Sergio Costantino, proudly announces the SIMBAH project: a cutting-edge technological hub that extends over a surface of 2.500 square meters between San Giovanni a Teduccio and Ponticelli. This structure, which combines technology, training and research, will become a catalyst for the digital future of the city.
SIMBAH Science Innovative Multifunctional Business Advanced Hub), an acronym that summarizes the project's mission, will not only be a place, but a revolutionary idea: strategically located near important local entities such as the Federico II University and the Apple Developer Academy, SIMBAH will host industrial laboratories, 3D printing centers, and facilities dedicated to research and development of cutting-edge technologies. The project aims to connect local talent with global opportunities, transforming the eastern outskirts of Naples into a beating heart of Industry 4.0.
“We decided to invest here because we believe in the potential of Naples and its young people. With SIMBAH we want to not only create jobs and development, but also inspire a cultural and industrial rebirth,” says Sergio Costantino, founder of Mach Power. “This project represents our commitment to sustainable, technological and, above all, inclusive growth.”
The inauguration, scheduled for the first months of 2026, marks the beginning of a new era for the city. The hub, strategically positioned to foster synergies with academic institutions and local businesses, is part of a broader plan to relaunch the Neapolitan suburbs. A plan that aims to create qualified jobs, offering real prospects to young talents and professionals.
Therefore, this hub will be a place of training and innovation dedicated to the future of work and technology. “It will be a multifunctional scientific hub, with a Digital Academy, spaces dedicated to Industry 4.0 and areas dedicated to training the workers of tomorrow – continues Costantino proudly -.
It is difficult to describe the emotion of a project as complex and beautiful as that of Simbah, which aims to become above all a point of reference for young people who want to approach current and future technology, with a view to professionalizing the world of work. Some of our laboratories, in fact, faithfully reproduce digitalized industrial processes that young people will be able to learn to master already during the didactic phase, which they will be able to apply in a working context in the future”.

It is a very interesting and innovative project, but I hope that the job opportunities will be really available for young people. Naples needs to grow and SIMBAH could be the key to a better future.
