Fortunately, there were no injuries, but the apartment suffered extensive damage. Despite being offered a housing solution, the unit was still occupied. The occupants will now have to leave the house and have accepted accommodation in a hotel.

The origin of the fire is still being ascertained. According to initial information, the flames may have been caused by an electric heater that was left on and overturned in the bedroom.
