A 46-year-old colleague involved in the accident suffered serious injuries and was transported in red code to the San Martino hospital. Following the event, the prosecutor's office opened an investigation for manslaughter, with investigations conducted by the Workplace Prevention and Safety group of Asl3. The cameras present at the scene of the accident were seized, and an autopsy was ordered on the victim's body as part of the investigation opened for manslaughter.
