Juve Stabia president Andrea Langella presented the club's future plans this morning and announced the new corporate partners. The entry of a new strategic partner, Brera Holding, represented by president Daniel McClory. This agreement provides for a merger between the two entities, with an initial entry into the share capital of Juve Stabia equal to 22%, which could reach 52% by March of next year.

The initiative was presented this morning at the headquarters of the Naples Industrial Union, whose president, Costanzo Jannotti Pecci, praised Langella and the club: "Juve Stabia is one of our member companies, and we consider this location its home. Andrea Langella is a first-rate entrepreneur, and we are delighted you have chosen this location for such a significant event. The club, one of the oldest football clubs in Campania, is proving that it is possible to compete at the highest levels with careful management. We wish the club and its new partners every success."

Juve Stabia President Andrea Langella retraced his journey with the club and outlined his future goals: “When I joined as a sponsor, I was already deeply attached to Castellammare di Stabia, where I spent some of the happiest moments of my life. Over time, I decided to become a member and then sole owner of the club, despite the initial difficulties. Today I can say that I have transformed Juve Stabia into a stable and innovative reality.

In these five years we have worked intensely on several fronts: from the consolidation of the brand, which now has national relevance, to the strengthening of marketing, which has led us to have over 100 active sponsors. On the social level, we are proud of initiatives such as free admissions for young people and the creation of the Academy, which in its first year has already gathered 400 members. We aim to double these numbers and become the reference football school in Campania.

We have also improved the structural aspect, thanks to a stadium that meets standards and a youth sector that is among the best in Southern Italy. However, our work does not stop here: today is a turning point.”

Brera Holding's contribution

Daniel McClory, Chairman of Brera Holding, said: “Our holding company, founded in 2022 and listed on Nasdaq, has already invested in three clubs at international level, but Juve Stabia represents our most ambitious project. After evaluating several Italian clubs, we chose the Juve Stabia for its management strength and great potential. The goal is to increase sponsorships, promote an international youth Academy and raise awareness of the brand in North America. We have created a dedicated fund to finance these operations.”

Langella concluded by speaking about future prospects: “We are working with the Municipality for a restyling project of the Menti stadium and negotiating to acquire an existing sports center. Furthermore, we want to maintain our technical assets in January and guarantee our permanence in Serie B, despite an increasingly competitive championship. Our goal is to grow Juve Stabia until it becomes an international brand, focusing on modern and innovative management.”

An ambitious future, therefore, which aims to consolidate Juve Stabia as one of the most important football clubs in the Italian and international scene.
