Juve Stabia takes flight towards an international dimension. The football club from Castellammare di Stabia, currently fifth in Serie B, today announced the sale of 22% of its shares to Brera Holdings, an investment company based in Ireland and listed on the Nasdaq.
The agreement provides for a progressive increase in shareholdings by Brera Holdings: by 31 January 2025, the Irish company will reach 38% of the shares, and then reach 52% by 31 March of the same year.
“We are satisfied with the work done in agreement with Brera Holdings, thanks also to the fundamental support of Zephiro Investments and its founding partner Joseph Grosso,” declared Andrea Langella, president of SS Juve Stabia 1907.
“I am happy to have made a company with an important history like Juve Stabia international. In its 117 years of history, the club had never had a foreign partner. This represents a fundamental step to further improve our brand and bring it to an international level. I personally welcome Daniel McClory, who from today joins our board of directors,” added Langella.
The new Board of Directors will see Filippo Polcino, current sole director, take on the role of president, while Oreste La Stella, operational director, will be an advisor on behalf of Juve Stabia.
“To our fans I say that today, more than ever, they can even invest in Juve Stabia by acquiring shares of Brera. This will allow us to further contribute to the growth of our club,” concluded Langella.
The entry of Brera Holdings marks a historic moment for Juve Stabia, which is preparing to consolidate its position not only on the pitch but also on an economic and strategic level, with the aim of becoming a point of reference in the national and international football scene.

It is interesting to see how Juve Stabia is changing and growing. The sale of shares to Brera Holdings could bring new opportunities, but I hope that the history of the club is not lost. It will be important to maintain a balance between tradition and innovation.
